We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to unwind, savor a cup of botanical herbal tea or chilled infused water, and complete your personalized skin and hair consultation card.
Lounge Atmosphere & Devices
To preserve a restful environment for all clientele, we politely request that mobile devices be placed on silent mode during your visit. If you need to make or receive urgent telephone calls, our outdoor terrace or front foyer is available.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Because our master artisans reserve bespoke time solely for your treatment, we kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. For bridal parties and multi-hour signature packages, a 48-hour notice is appreciated.
Valuables & Comfort
Complimentary lockers and private cloakroom facilities are provided in our dressing suites. We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home or placing it securely in your personal locker during massage and facial therapies.
